Not receiving a password reset e-mail

Hi, I am having trouble logging into my CloufFlare account on another account. The other account is . The password is not recognized. I click the link for “forgot password” and I receive a message that a password reset e-mail will be sent to me. But it never arrives. Not in spam either. Also, I’m unable to put in a ticket request on that account because I need to be logged in to so so, and I can’t log in.

Please help!!
