I am also not receiving 2FA login tokens through email. My ticket number is 2994046. Help me please!
I had to create a new account to post my problem here. I haven’t been able to log into my main account since yesterday. 2FA worked well for almost two years, but yesterday login tokens stopped coming to my mail. I have paid for a pro account for my main site and have paid options enabled. I would appreciate any help.
I escalated this post for the attention of the Customer Support Team so they can get back to you here. Since you have already contacted Support and shared your ticket number here, I included it so that they can track it.
I reccomend moving away from 2FA by email to more resilient options such TOTP (like Google Authenticator or other apps) or security keys(like Yubikey or similar). It is also helpful to securely store a set of backup codes in case of emergency.
It may be worth attempting 2FA recovery on a private browser session.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
This link may help, but it only works when logged out

Please, multiple tickets don’t help you get help any more quickly, it actually just slows the proces & complicates replying to you. Those tickets are marked closed.
@epic.network has escalated your topic here for the attention of the Support team. I suspect they’ll pick up on one of the tickets that is currently closed.
I show the emails as delivered and no bounces are shown. You may want to ensure the following addresses are on the allowlist at your origin mail server: [email protected] and [email protected].

We are no longer accepting support issues via email, but you can still reach us through our other channels.
To help with any two-factor authentication (2FA) questions related to a Cloudflare dashboard account, we can only discuss this directly with the account owner of the same email address.
Before we can assist you directly, you must follow the process under the “Recover your account” section of our two-factor authentication (2FA) guide. If that automated recovery process fails, you will be guided to submit a ticket to us from within the tool.
Alternatively if you can log into your account please visit our Support Portal to raise an account related ticket with us.
Thanks for your help! I could log in my account, the confirmation code came to mail.
