I have been trying to access my account for 2 days and still have not received the login email.
After contacting Cloudflare support they said the 2FA IP whitelist emails are being sent but I know this is not the case as I just had the community activation email send and was able to activate my account from the email which was sent straight away.
I have been a customer for over 5 years so its pretty annoying when I get asked “did you check your spam inbox” when I have used a login code so many times previously.
Your support flow is designed poorly and as a long-term paying customer, you don’t allow us to send any support requests unless you’re logged into your account? So you create a new account to message [email protected] and you get “we have a high demand for support on free accounts” Umm what. Whoever designed this contacting system needs to be fired as the UX is terrible.
Please help me fix my issue instead of giving me a generic answer.
