What’s the address of the site in question?

Good day, any response here
Please advise for any progress here
Sorry for the delayed response: life got in the way.
By default, your WordPress site will use your hosting server to send emails… unless you install and configure an SMTP plugin to use an external mailer (which could be one of your Google Workspace accounts or a different provider altogether).
Cloudflare shouldn’t directly get in the way.
I already tried to use SMTP but still no luck.
You can install the WP SMTP plugin, use its “Tools” feature to send a test email, and post the full error log here.
Good day,
I use SMTP plugin and use default: General ‹ Settings ‹ My Curated Tastes — WordPress.png - Google Drive
I test the tool and it shows that success message: Tools ‹ My Curated Tastes — WordPress.png - Google Drive
However I still haven’t receive any email. II use 3 different email for testing but all email didn’t received any email notification which coming from the website.
Thanks for the update.
From your screenshots…
You’re sending the mail with your local mail server.
But you’re masquerading the mail to be coming from Gmail (per the “From” email address).
That’s obviously a problem. You didn’t indicate where you sent the test email to (or where your WordPress admin notification emails go)… but any recipient email server that checks authentication (which is the norm these days) will not accept such emails.
To know exactly why your emails aren’t getting delivered, check your “default” mail server’s logs. If you don’t know where to find this, contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Alternatively, you can either:
Use an an email address at your domain (eg [email protected]
) as the “From” address, instead of the Gmail address. You may have to add your hosting server’s IP address to your SPF record if that’s not already covered there.
Better yet, configure the WP SMTP plugin to use an external SMTP account to send the emails. You could use one of your Google Workspace accounts for this. But irrespective of the provider you use, ensure there provider is authenticated to send emails on behalf of the domain in the “From” email address.
Good luck!
I already change the from email to [email protected]
I tried setting up google SMTP but it only show this error: Screenshot by Lightshot
Good day,
Just an update, the notification is now working. Thank you for suggesting to change from email.
have a great day ahead.
My website https://platinapk.com have same issue. I have tried many times and wait alot but no notification received yet.
@alightmotiony072: If, indeed, you have the “same problem”, then the same suggested solution should work for you.
If that doesn’t work for you, then you problem must be different, however slightly.
Please start a now topic and describe your problem in detail – including the tools you’re using to send email from your site.
