Not locating DNS

I have added a new site to my cloudflare account but it has not been able to locate any of the DNS settinhgs

What’s domain name?
Is it new registered domain?

It’s not a new domain - I have just transferrred it in from one.com - the domain is braemoraljoinery.co.uk

That domain is not using Cloudflare. It is pointing to Freethought name servers.

Thanks yes but the initial stage of adding a site to Cloudflare involves searching and finding the existing DNS and it’s not finding any. This is the stage before changing the nameservers to the cloudflare ones. I have never had this before
