Not Loading up

Good afternoon to you all.

My site will not load up even though I have Cloudflare sorted. I’m using a plugin called WP Easy SSL and it says that everything is working. When I put the url into the browser - nothing happens.

It’s frustrating me!!! My site is www. perpetualhearts. org and it’s a site I’m working on for a client.

Any help would be great.
