What do you mean by cancelling your website? Did you remove it from Cloudflare? It seems that way as Cloudflare is not resolving for your domain, however you still have Cloudflare nameservers set at your registrar. If you are no longer using Cloudflare then you need to change those. https://cf.sjr.org.uk/tools/check?85f51d8e2a494d74be744e64fec9adf2#dns
I canceled my subscription to the IP address. That is what, I think, caused my email issue. I am not an IT person, and I would love some help to get my email back, redirected, or something.
I’m still not sure what you did. Did you remove your site from Cloudflare?
At the moment your registrar is pointing your domain at Cloudflare but you are not using Cloudflare for your domain. You need to find a DNS provider (Cloudflare or other) and then connect that to your mail host (Cloudflare does not provide email so you will need to find out who your mail host was).
According to DNS results, no one is. The com. zone indicates that Cloudflare nameservers chuck and venus should be queried for DNS, but they don’t know anything about your domain.
You should log into your Cloudflare account and review your DNS records and settings.
Make sure that the necessary records are present and that the nameserver names match. If your account shows different nameserver names, you will need to update them at your registrar, replacing any exisiting nameserver entries.
Have you taken the actions described in my earlier reply?
You need to start there. Once you fix that, and you have working DNS again, you can make sure that your Google Workspace MX records are present so that your email works again.
If that is outside of your capabilities, you may need to hire someone to help you.
