Re-visiting Account hacked - cannot reset password, need access back asap
As I was advised to do I submited a trouble ticket re : 01627307 and despite waiting patiently despite the urgentness of the situation, I still have not heard a word. I was able to secure the account with the original details, and subsequently reset the password and enabled MFA. However now the domains that I did have (to which CF was the registrar) are not there, though some of the DNS entries are still there. At this point, I just want the domains back so I can see what kind of damage was done (if any) by the indvidiaul who compromised my account in the first place. So … please tell me … as a busines customer … what kind of process can I follow to escalate and get any kind of answer for anyone.
