While using Cloudflare access, i’m not getting the verification email with one time pin, even though I’ve configured the application and access policies properly. I’ve tried to reset this multiple times and have tried different emails and domain names as well.

I’m using the same setting and configuration for a different account, and I get email in that one. Although, even in that account I’ve faced the issue lately that the email sometimes come with a lot of delay and sometimes it comes as soon as I click the button to send the one time pin.
Maybe @cloonan can check if your email address is on the suppression list. He sometimes checks in during the weekend. If not, then definitely tomorrow.
Looking into your account, I’m unable to find an issue with emails being sent to your inbox with your access OTP.
Could I please have you check if there is anything on your hosts side that may be delaying/stopping the flow of emails from Cloudflare to your inbox?
If you do locate a filter or a block on their side - please make sure you allow all emails from [email protected] to prevent future issues.
If you’re unable to locate an issue on their side - could I please have you create a new ticket with support and provide the ticket number here for further assistance.
