Not Getting Emails After Switching to Cloudflare Two Weeks Ago

What is the name of the domain?

rthidden.com

What is the error message?

Can Not Find Error Log

What is the issue you’re encountering

Not Getting Emails

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Made sure settings were correct by using the Exchange DNS wizard

I can not find the error logs. I can see errors on the Analytics screen, but I can not see what they are. I checked the help files, and the docs said to select Network
and locate Network Error Logging Monitoring. But I do not see Network on my dashboard.

Network Error Logging is available to users on all plan types.

To enable Network Error Logging for Free and Pro zones:

Log in to your Cloudflare dashboard :arrow_upper_right:.
Select Network and locate Network Error Logging Monitoring.
Select the toggle to enable Network Error Logging.

Thanks

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Do nothing

This domain is currently pointing it’s inbound email messages towards Microsoft Office 365.

If you need assistance with finding an error log, or otherwise troubleshooting your inbound email traffic, you will need to go through the Support of Microsoft Office 365.

Network Error Logging (NEL) has absolutely nothing to do with email traffic.

Thank you. How do I get the inbound emails pointing in the right direction?

What does Microsoft Office 365’s Support have to say about that?

They said I had somehow set a rule to forward all my incoming mail to archive :person_facepalming:

Thanks for the help
