Hi, I am not receiving any verification emails to this account. I have clicked the ‘Your email address is not verified. I received 1 email and click the link but no is not verifying my email. Send verification email’ button several times but it does not end up in my inbox.

- Make sure you check your spam/junk folder in your email inbox.
- Ensure that your inbox is not full and has space to receive new emails.
- Add
[email protected]
to your email contact list or safe senders list. - Try resending the verification email.
If the issue persists, it might be required to contact Cloudflare Support to check if your email has ended up in a suppression list on their side. They will be able to clear it from there.

I create the ticket but not getting any replies
There should be a better way to help. I have more than 4 days trying to get help without success. Is there a way to get help with live support or at least live chat?
I’m starting to think this is more scam than real.

I show emails as delayed and an earlier bounce. I’ve taken steps to remove the email from the suppression list but suspect the issue is with the mail server being slow to reply.
WRT the issue with your website, you need to have a DNS A (for Address) record. That record needs to be added here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns
The value of that record should be the IP address of your server at your hosting provider. They can tell you that information.
Next, you need to change your nameservers to the two shown on https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns. When you contact your domain registrar to remove the current nameservers and add your new ones, ask them to remove DNSSEC as well. Failure to disable DNSSEC will prevent the change from taking place.
