I have entered a few support tickets and I am paying for the Business level support for two domains, but I have yet to be contacted about anything related to my issues.

I would like to know what can be done about this.

Ddi you receive a reply via email? I see a number of tickets going back to early October and see replies to each of them.

What issue are you encountering and can you share which domain it is in regards to? I suspect we can assist you right here right now.

Note if the issue is wrt domain transfer, that can take several days to complete and the domain needs to be active in your account, be a TLD Cloudflare Registrar supports, and show as available to transfer in your dash.

I’m having the exact same problem.
Paying for a business plan but can’t use live chat because of the error " Cannot locate dashboard account".
Follow all instructions on that page, created a ticket 4 days ago but didn’t get any response and still can’t access support neither chat.

I have also a ticket with more than 8 days, reporting a problem that users from UAE can’t access our site, and only users from that country, since we moved to cloudflare and get no response.
