Not allowing cancellation of account

I’ve filed multiple tickets over the last week plus and simply no answer. I’ve cancelled any linked website and the billing section is not allowing me to cancel my subscription. I’ve reached out to old tickets, filed new tickets, still no reply from Cloudflare. Does anyone have a phone number or email that may help to get my ticket addressed? Thank you.

I am sorry to hear of your troubles. Phone support is only available for emergency use and requires an Enterprise agreement. Support requests cannot be initiated by email. The billing specialists are still quite busy with issues related to the recent billing migration.

If you already have a ticket, you can share the ticket number here so that a review can be requested.

I’m just trying to close down my software startup and close up my accounts with different service providers. I know I’m not Cloudflare’s largest customer, and I appreciate any efforts on my behalf to wrap this up.

Some of my ticket numbers are 32227094, 3222307, 3222049, 3216157, 3210554, and 3213422 as this has been going on for a bit. I’d certainly be thankful for a review to address any of the above tickets to get the account closed.

I have the exact same issue.

You haven’t replied to my 8 day old ticket. Could you please make sure that it (ticket #3219690) is in the billing team’s queue?

Its now been over three weeks now on this issue of closing my account. I’d just like someone to help me close my account. I’ve been told to click on links that don’t link anywhere or to anything.

I sent in my first request on April 8th and its now May 14th with no progress. I would simply like to cancel/nonrenew my subscription to Cloudflare. There is a bug in your software where if you cancel the site before the subscription then the edit button to change status becomes unresponsive.

I have a case open of 3227094, I’ve requested it be cancelled now dozens of times and literally nothing happens but being billed more.

There is a bug in your software where if you cancel the site before the subscription, then the edit button to change status becomes unresponsive. This is fine if agents helps to cancel but the edit button for the subscription becomes unresponsive on your software.

I started asked for help on April 8th and I’m now about to into my third billing cycle since. Is there someone at Cloudflare that can help execute the cancellation of my subscription? Please and thank you!

Hi @mike202 I see on ticket 3219690 from May 2 that my colleague in Support assisted with canceling.

Can you reply on that ticket to let the agent know if their solution was not actually helpful?

That was not my ticket, someone jumped onto the community feed. Mine was 3227094.

Nothing was solved but luckily someone helped with it yesterday.

There is a literal bug in your software at Cloudflare that you should investigate.

We are now looking at prior billings for the months that no one helped to solve to be reveresed.

Did you resolve your issue? I also have the same issue where the edit function does not work. I have sent tickets but i keep getting the automated response with a link to the how to unscribe info…but my edit function does not work!
