I can see those NS present at mxtoolbox.com with “DNS check” and at the registrar OVH.
DNSSEC was off when I changed NS.
The site seems to be active for me, I can see a Plesk default page.

DNSSEC is active for that domain name, and with algorithm 8 (RSA/SHA-256), which is NOT an algorithm that Cloudflare uses.
If you are unable to correct the DNSSEC configuration through your control panel with OVH, you will need to contact OVH for further assistance.
OVH, as your registrar, will then be able to escalate the issue to the domain registry, if OVH cannot get it resolved on their own.
