Not able to upgrade the plan. And also in billing section its showing one unpaid bill we dont know for What is this invoice for? we are unable to pay online pending bill its showing link is expired please help us to pay pending bill.

Ticket raised on support portal - 01060959.
Also try to pay pending bill but pay bill link not working.

  2. upgrade plan to pro
  3. On payment page not init.
    find attached error msg which was appeared at the time of payment init.
