Not able to upgrade plan to PRO

We are unable to upgrade to PRO plan from the FREE plan for a website. If we try to add a payment method or pay for the plan upgrade, we get the same error. Tried calling sales and they say contact tech support, now tech support takes a week to reply back for free account!

Anyone who can shed some light on this?

Once that incident is resolved, I would expect you to be able to upgrade as normal.

This shows up when I try the “Change” button

Nothing happens when I submit the form with the details.

I tried to add payment info from the account and shows the following error:

Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest as I want to try a few Pro features and Argo Routing in my Website.
