Not able to upgrade plan to Business

I tried to upgrade from pro plan to business, but nothing changes. I received four emails (1 for each plan change attempt) saying “We are sorry you no longer need Professional Plan.”
There are no error messages.
In fact after atempting to change, a message shows at the bottom of the screen saying “You have sucessfully changed your subscription”
I also received an email saying “Welcome to your Business Plan!” but the plan is still showing a Pro.
I have opened a ticket but no resolution yet.

What is that ticket number? If you share it here we can flag it for our Billing colleagues.
