Hi there,
I am trying to create a Cloudflare support ticket (I have a Pro plan), but I am getting a API error, and the ticket is not submitted. It happened yesterday and is still happening today, I tried Google and Firefox as well, and logging out and logging in again.
Does anybody know why this is happening?

What error do you get? Are you submitting it through https://dash.cloudflare.com/redirect?account=support?

Thank you for your reply. So I noticed a change in the Cloudflare System Status. I am not sure if my issue relates to this problem, but I think it’s a good idea to wait after this issue has been resolved, and then try again to submit my ticket.
