As a complete newbie i have looked around and tried different things today I have come back to try and resole the problem

The name servers for that domain point to imarketers.co.

If you want to set your name servers to Cloudflare, you have to do that at your domain registrar, which looks to be Fasthosts.

Hi sdayman, thank you for your reply and assistance, I have been trying to resolve this problem on my own, because the guy who built my website told me to sort out my problems and then go back to him he would do it.
OK so like I said previously I am a newbie, so I thought I would ask support or the community, a few days ago I tried but failed, now as much as I appreciate your information and help, If I had known all that I wouldn’t be asking for help.
