Not able to purge cache

Hi everyone!

I’m seeing that my ssl is not shown on page even if I have set it. The support of my hosting suggest me to purge cache on Cloudflare. I followed all the steps and when trying to purge I get:

Sorry, you do not have access to purge cache for that zone id or that zone id is invalid (Code: 1095)

What am I missing?
