If you try again in incognito mode and still encounter an error you’ll need to reach out to the Billing Support team on a ticket.
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket.

I have tried everything possible, incognito, different browsers, VPN, PayPal, more than 4 different cards, visa, MasterCard everything, but nothing seems to be working. I have this ticket(01435895) on for 3 days now nobody replied only a humble bot. The main problem is that it does not even tell what is wrong.
Please don’t open any more tickets as that resets reply time to the most recent and slow replies for you and everyone else. The team needs to assist on the ticket as we don’t have visibility into the ticketing system
No one has responded till now, I’ve asked them in the reply, but still no response. I was not expecting this from Cloudflare. Please help me, it is little urgent.
