but still cant get emails delivered to outlook on PC and gmail app on Mobile
only through browser

The mail server at your ‘mail’ subdomain works. Make sure all your mail apps connect to the ‘mail’ subdomain and not the apex domain.
how is that, i mean everything was working fine before cloudfare, am still figuring out
