Not able to complete the billing for business plan

It says the plan changed to green colour at the footer and the plan shows business but when I refresh the page it is back to what is was before.
Stuck here don’t know what to do

In general, the system assumes a completed payment for the order, so momentarily you will see it, and then it goes back to the original plan if the payment fails for whatever reason. You can create a ticket within the dashboard for billing issues and our team can look up specifically why and convey that to you. Alternatively, you can reach out to your payment method issuer to determine the reasoning.
