Within the same plan or you want to downgrade/upgrade to some other, e.g. from Pro Anually to Business monthly or some other combination?
You need to change the plan on the overview tab and select monthly in the top right corner. Were you there or on some other screen?
May i ask if you’ve followed the steps from below article to switch from Yearly to Monthly plan type?
Helpful to check and to understand if you’re on the period of the renew of your current plan type or not?:
The alternative is to cancel the current plan and subscribe again with the correct billing cycle. Cancellations are only processed by the end of the billing period, so your plan will not be downgraded.
