Not able to change free plan to professional plan

I am upgrading the free to professional plan because of Bot attacks found in the domain. But it’s not upgraded to the pro version. Please advise to resolve this.

The message is coming like your plan was updated. But changes are not reflected in the site.

Are you seeing a charge go through on your payment method?
