Describe the issue you are having:

We just purchased this domain (EXAMINER.COM) today via auction and we aren’t able to add it to CloudFlare.com.

What error message or number are you receiving?

“This web property cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager…”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

What are the steps to reproduce the error:

  1. Try adding site to Cloudflare.com

Have you tried from another browser and/or incognito mode?

ICANN rules prohibit a domain from being transferred if it has been registered or previously transferred within the last 60 days or if the WHOIS Registrant contact information was modified in the last 60 days (even if redacted).

Thanks for the reply. I sent them email but not sure how long would it take to get a reply. Have you ever face such a problem? If so, how long it took to get fixed?
