Not able to add a cname record

I’m trying to add a cname record to the DNS but I keep receiving an error that the record already exists, but there is no other record with the same name or content. Error code (Code: 81053)

Thank you, I suspect there is already an AAAA or A record called www. If you delete that, you should be able to add the CNAME record.

Or, it means a DNS record with the same name already exists and needs to be deleted before you add a new record.

Thanks cloonan, yes I tried that but same problem.
I’m new at this, do I have to wait some time for the deleted entry to be removed from the cache?

I did find another entry with the www & deleted, problem fixed thanks
