What feature, service or problem is this related to?
DNS records
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
To point your main domain, add A record and point it to the IP address 136.143.187.52
(Or)
To point your sub domain, add a CNAME record and point it to smarturl.cs.zohohost.com
You already have a CNAME record for the “main domain” hexagonrealestate.com.au (same as @) pointed to zhs.zohosites.com. So you can’t also have an A record pointing to the same place: this is against the DNS rules, and that’s what the error message is telling you.
If you’re hosting a website on the main domain (using Zoho sites here), you can’t use the same domain to also host your Zoho branded URLs.
So you have to decide what gets the main domain: your website OR the branded URLs? You probably want to keep the main domain for the website and use a subdomain for the branded URLs.
Thank you for the reply.
I have added (I think) a sub domain called url.hexagonrealestate.com.au with the address required. but it does not work and instead to add an other IP see below
