Noob at this and the help tool says I'm not connected?

I made the DNS server change at the router level, in case that makes a difference. Any troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated!

Did you disconnect and reconnect to your network so the DHCP refreshed on the device you’re using?

Hi! I’ve just rebooted the router and that has not changed things. Would a reboot have done it?
