What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Good afternoon, yesterday I created an A record for the domain “alup.io” with the content 18.67.130.120, but it did not propagate. I created other records after this one, and they propagated normally, but this one did not. I would like to understand the reason why.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?
