Hello,
I’m currently trying to access a webpage on a video-viewing site that I was previously able to view without issue.
The device in question is an IPad running on IOS 10.3.3 (it’s an older model), and I’m being redirected to a non-interactive challenge page with the error “Your browser is out of date! Update your browser to view this website correctly. More Information.” Clicking more information just sends me to Cloudflare’s documentation on challenge pages without addressing the specific error.
I’ve already made sure the device is as up to date as it’s able to be, and I’ve cleared website cookies/cache for Safari.
I was wondering if there’s anything else I’m able to do at this point to try and access the site?
(Also this appears to be a localized issue, accessing the site using other devices still works)

This sounds like you are accessing someone else’s site. Have you asked them if you are being affected by restrictions that they have imposed?
One other scenario that presnts symptoms like what you describe, is a selective redirect that sends visitors to malicious “update” sites, often based on user-agent strings, operating system, or browser. That scenario occurs when a site has had its Cloudflare account compromised.
The best way to determine what is happening is to contact the site, as they are the only ones who can make changes to their Cloudflare settings (threat actors in a compromised account excepted).
