Nominalia ask me to change more than the nameserver

Hey !

I got this from Nominalia host when I try to change my DNS zone:

“Make sure that both name and IP are changed accordingly!”

But cloudflare told me only to change the 2 server name

without asking me for setting any kind of IP there

What to do ?
