No verification emails received

Hello everyone,

I recently created a Cloudflare account. The nameservers have already been updated, and everything is working fine except for the account verification. I am not receiving the verification emails, and they are not in the spam or any other folder.

I’ve read that several people have experienced the same issue, and the solution seems to be reaching out here for assistance. The verification of the community account worked immediately. This pertains to the Cloudflare account using the same email address as here on the forum.

Having the same issue, receiving Code: 4040 upon visiting the “profile” page, then clicking the “Send Verification Email” says that it is sent but not receiving any emails from Cloudflare. Not sure why this is consistently a problem. (We’re an agency that helps clients with their own accounts).
