No verification email received - Cloudflare support please

I am unable to receive account verification emails. Spam folder checked, tried everything recommended incl. anonymous window. From the community my account verification was however received. Can someone from Cloudflare support help with this?

Also I am getting several errors while contacting the support via help form
API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/user/communication_preferences (504)
API Request Failed: GET api/v4/accounts/b181049c2cfc4a2a86787a667e1f4b0f/support/help_form/openIssues (504)

I have exactly the same problem. Tried resending several times and also checked spam. Any help would be appreciated.

There’s an ongoing issue with Cloudflare API that may be causing delays in emails sent from Cloudflare. Please see the pinned topic for details, and be patient.

I’m currently attempting to setup my account, but am stuck trying to verify my email.

I get the following error showing up:

API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/user/communication_preferences (504)

I had no issues verifying my email for the cloudflare community though.

I’m reciving every mail from cloudflare except Verification email.

The verification email finally came but I click within 1 min of receiving the email and the link is no longer valid.

You just need to be patient and try again later as the issue is gradually being resolved, and I wouldn’t count on support to be able to help you at this time.
