No datas in cloudflare dashboard
website is active, i have also a pro plan (but nobody replies to my tickets and i Can’t access Cloudflare Help Center My Activities). But no data are registered in cloudflare, it looks website traffic doesn’t pass through it and i don’t know how to solve. My website is with shopify, could someone help me please? thanks
Requests for your site are going direct to Shopify (who also use Cloudflare) and not passing through your Cloudflare account.

In order for the requests to pass through your account first, you need to ensure you only use the CNAME shops.myshopify.com, not A or AAAA records, then you will need to raise a Cloudflare support ticket to ask for Shopify O2O to be enabled for your zone (if you ask here a passing staff member may activate for you), then you will be able to proxy the Shopify CNAMEs in your account.
thanks very helpful. but even if i have a pro plan i can’t access to my active cases, i tried to contact support many times without success.
I hope a staff member can activate O20 for me and fix “access Cloudflare Help Center My Activities”
