open two tickets , a week ago. zero CF response. bought pro plan for wrong website , that is no longer functional, and didn’t even have DNS records so it was never even setup for cloudflare. i asked in the ticket for them to swap the pro domain with the free domain “hfexscamtracker.com” but zero reply and i never got to even use the service. secondarily, the dashboard to even view active tickers is completely broken so i cannot even see any of my tickets, so i opened up a ticket a few days ago for that and of course zero reply. this is a joke ?
Support cannot do that. You need to cancel the plan on one domain, a credit will be issued for the unused portion. Then you need to repurchase the plan for the other domain, you’ll be billed for the first period of the plan and the credit will be used after that. Plans cannot be swapped.
Sorry for that, that is an issue that I know the Support team is working to fix. You can reply to the tickets via email and those replies are added to the tickets. You don’t need to open more tickets as that slows reply time to the most recent ticket.
Search your email for ticket number 01384463 and reply to that ticket via email. Let the agent know you also have ticket 01386499. That will let them know to merge the two tickets.
Before you reply to the ticket via email to Support you should immediately cancel the plan for that was inadvertently purchased for the incorrect domain, that will kick off the credit process. I will flag your topic for my colleagues in Support.
