I have two domains that am unable to renew. I have sent support a ticket and have not received a response. #2659717
Do you get any errors or messages when you try?
Did you open the ticket through the dashboard and select Registrar for the category?
The error says to contact support for renewal. I have done that but it’s been 5 days.
It may be that it’s in the queue as expected but I’ve escalated and asked to check.

Got a support response and replied but it’s been 14hrs since the last response.
Any chance you can nudge someone?
I believe you have an active ticket with support and that is in the queue, community escalations can’t speed up the process now it’s there.
