Hi I have recently taken Business plan from Cloudflare and I there was issue with DNS transfer. I am trying to reach out to the support team, I have raised a ticket, and waited for couple of days and I have received no response on the ticket. I am trying to open a live chat, I fill out the initial information it requests in the “Contact Cloudflare” section, when I click on open live chat it takes me to “Cannot locate dashboard page” in cloudflare docs (Cannot locate dashboard account | Cloudflare Support docs).
When I go to “My Activities-All Tickets” page, it redirects me the same “Cannot locate dashboard page”, in the worst case scenario, I was trying to reach out to sales team on call but I would asked to leave a voicemail and I am not able to get anyone on phone.
I am not sure why I would be paying for business plan and I can’t reach out to any support, please let me know how can I contact to right team for DNS change over issue.
Was just strarting to consider paying for the business plan ONLY so I can get a copy of my invoices. But I’m guessing that might not even be worth it then
Yes, I have transferred multiple domains to Cloudflare under the same account I am using on the forums, and I have even paid for an additional year for one of the domains hoping that might at least give me an invoice too.
I have given nearly $350 to Cloudflare over the 11 domains on my account
afpa.org.au is the one on business plan and I am trying to get support for, I have also created a ticket for it but no response
The active cases ticket is open for more than 3 months and I am not sure why this is not being fixed asap. It’s not just the ticket activity I can’t open the live chat as well, then how can I just justify for paying extra for support?
Thank you, can you contact your domain registrar and ask them to change the nameservers to
chan.ns.cloudflare.com
george.ns.cloudflare.com
I saw earlier that was added to your account and the name server change was recognized, but at the moment the nameservers are not set to cloudflare and the domain shows as moved in your account.
Once you make that change the site should show as active 24 hours or less, once propagation of the change is complete. Let us know here if that is not the case.
Initially when imported the DNS records, I have updated the namesvers to point to cloudflare but we have had an issue of receiving emails from external domains. There were no issues in sending and receving emails from same domain afpa.org.au but receiving emails from external domains were an issue. So I had to revert the nameserver to old one.
I am assuming there is something to do with MX records and proxy.
While I importing the DNS records into the cloudflare it also randomly added the domain into the records, not sure why it did.
