I currently taken off the site because it was wrongly charged. On 3rd Sept I charged $1.50 and then I successfully disable the subscription then again on oct 3 i got charged for $67. Attached is the proof of subscription remove successfully.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I am still trying to make ticket but couldn’t find how to make it since i was on free plan and then no support ticket system i could find at my end how to make ticket about this issue.
The correct was is to create a Billing Ticket here https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support by selecting Billing, therefore share your ticket number with us so we could escalate your case to he team. Thank you in advance.
