I haven’t subscript any services and suddenly receive a billing on 8 Oct 2024. Don’t know what is it, and the details refer to the invoice number which is full paid already in last year. So can you let me know what item charged?

HI, thanks for reply. Becuase I want for a week and no response about the ticket so I posted here. About my case, I checked all my subscription. and no any subscription now. As we cancel the subscription about one year ago ( 2023-Mar). and the payment we paid last year also, you can see the screen shot here. So I don’t know why there have charge on the invoice which paid and past one year. If there have other charges, cloudflare should let me know but I spent much time to find the items and didn’t get the items being charged. So please let me know where I can see the items, our Account Department ask me to explain what’s the charge is and ask me to download or capture any screen of the unpaid amount. So please let me know what the charge is. thanks!
unidentify invoice, bill me on the invoice already paid over a year

my case no: 01253634,
i received cloudflare billing $4.04 USD, but the pay item is refer to the paid invoice on 4 Jan 2023.
I don’t know what this charge is.
I created ticket but support just only send me the same invoice captured image of my paid invoice.
until now over a week, there have no other support replied me.
Can any support help me about this?
I need to solve it urgently as some website i need to move to other customer’s cloudflare account.
But now I can’t do it due to there have unpaid bill.
