If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Thanks @micky - the issue I have is it’s been over 7 days with no response other than an automated one and the billing issue has resulted in significant service disruption.
I am having a similar issue I contacted the support team over a month ago with no resolution.
I just opened a new ticket as legacy invoice is showing as outstanding. I am unable to pay it your Stripe payment page throws a payment intent error This payment intent cannot be confirmed on this Hosted Invoice Page because it is not for this invoice.
