I have an urgent priority ticket 01258309 without any response. Could someone have a look at this?

If you already have a ticket as stated 01258309, Support team will respond to you on that ticket. Furthermore, if you have questions about billing, they’d need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

The majority of account type issues are usually resolved quicker. Nevertheless, Technical issues do take longer and that’s why Community Forums and Discord are recommended for Free and Pro.

Your site loads fine for me. I see you noted a 522 error on your ticket, that error is from your origin server.

Are keepalives disabled at your origin server? Keepalives are mentioned in the 522 support doc you mentioned, Troubleshooting Cloudflare 5XX errors | Cloudflare Support docs

Yes - keep alive are disabled.

@fritex I’m on a paid plan, did all troubleshooting according to the docs. I’ve been waiting for six days, so I think I was patient enough.

my colleagues in Support have indicated this was resolved on your ticket. Please post another topic here if that is not the case.

@cloonan Yes, the issue is resolved. We managed to identify the root cause, which was neither on our side nor directly on Cloudflare’s side. It turned out to be a routing issue at the interface between two network operators. This problem could likely have been identified much sooner had Cloudflare support been a bit more proactive.
