ticket no 01247885 this one has received a reply. But did not answer my question. I was instead asked to cancel my subscription. While I canceled because there was a debit for a bill on my credit card that should not be. Because previously I had canceled, but cloudflare changed it automatically to keep the subscription even debiting the bill (invoice) twice. And for my other tickets it has been more than a month without any response.
