What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
We had a new credit card because our previous one had expired, and Cloudflare declined the payments. Despite this, we attempted the transaction multiple times; however, unbeknownst to us, the payments were processed and charged in the background. We would appreciate a refund and request to be switched to the annual plan.
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Sorry, but if we receive no response, we’ve already been waiting for three weeks now. What should we do? There are no phone numbers or similar contact options available—what can we do to resolve this matter?
