Faltó agregar que cagué un ticket a soporte, al parecer me respondieron, pero como tengo plan free aún no puedo ver. No tengo acceso a soporte porque sale " Cannot locate dashboard account".

We are waiting to be able to upgrade the tenant as paid plan to respond to the client, who is waiting with some impatience due to the time the issue is taking.

It does not allow us to upgrade. It doesn’t allow me to attach screenshots of the error. Is there anything else we can try or do?

Yesterday, we received an email from the Cloudflare support team informing us to try upgrading the plan again. This time, the payment went through without any issues, and we successfully upgraded one account to the Pro plan and another to the Business plan.
