not being sent OTP when trying to login into to cloudflare zero trust using the warp mobile app

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried a secondary email address with a provider, I’ve changed from specifying the email address in a policy to a more open configuration

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I fully except that I missed out something along the line but I am struggling to see what it is, I have attempted to setup a zero trust policy, I have gotten as far as the mobile app saying a code has been emailed but no further, any assistance would be very helpful,

Thought i’d post back with an update,

I still can’t receive otp when using the warp app, but using a regular browser (in desktop or mobile) does work and send a otp to my email, so I’ve been able to move forward this way.
