No option to pay with PayPal

I have my account set up for automatic payment every month via PayPal, however I have not been charged the past 2 months. I realize there is some billing migration going on, so figured I’d just pay these manually so these invoices don’t pile up on me.

But when I click the pay link on the invoice itself there is no option to pay with PayPal. So what am I supposed to do here?

Nobody has responded yet.

They told me to remove PayPal and re-add it to my account, so I did. But it didn’t do anything. There is still no option to pay it w/ Paypal on the invoice pay link. I don’t think support quite understood my query.

I then paid the oldest invoice with CashApp. I then got an an email saying “We were unable to process your renewal payment.” even though the payment actually went through and it is marked as PAID.

What am I supposed do from here? How long until I know if removing and re-adding the PayPal works? Do I just have to manually pay every month?
