No option to choose which CA to generate SSL cert during ordering

Have the requirement I would like to generate a SSL certificate for 1 domain instead of relying on Universal SSL. On top of that, the certificate should be from Go Daddy and not the other 2 supported CAs - LetsEncrypt and Comodo.

Questions :

  1. Is there any way I could choose Go Daddy to order my SSL certificate from?
  2. If 1 is possible and the certificate is generated, is there ways for me to download the certificate?

The certificate you’d be about to order would be a certificate which is exclusively for Cloudflare’s proxies, hence you will never get the private key. If you need a certificate for your server you shoud get the free origin certificate from Cloudflare - or any other publicly trusted certificate.
