I paid for my domain ssc1.biz for my email only. My email is and I have done everything it says for me to do and it still is not working. My email I sent in for someone to get back to me is my gmail.

Your domain is on clientHold so does not resolve. Contact your registrar.

This is for my old company. I don’t know who registrar is. I paid to reactivate it.

The registar is Network Solutions, but you maybe have gone through a subsidiary or affiliate. Contact whoever you paid for the domain name on 1 December (as this is a client hold, it is probably they who have put the hold on).

For the domain? The whois says Network Solutions.

Yet my email still does not work. Network Solutions said I have domain until 12/24. you guys keep telling me to call network solutions. network solutions keeps telling me to call you. FIX IT!!!

Network Solutions is completely mistaken as Cloudflare currently has no connection to this domain.

As long as your nameservers are set to the following, they are where you will need to update your DNS.

Name Server: ns55.worldnic.com
Name Server: ns56.worldnic.com

If you wish to use Cloudflare, your will need to first replace those nameservers with the ones shown in your Cloudflare DNS dashboard for your domain.

I am not sure which guys, but on ticket 3071132 you contacted Cloudflare Support from an email associated with one account asking about a different email and were informed we are no longer accepting Support requests via email and given directions to the Support portal to open an account ticket.

The suggestions on this thread are spot-on. We cannot help until the zone (site, domain) is active on Cloudflare. Contact the domain registrar, Network Solutions and have them remove the existing nameservers and change them to the two shown on this page, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns
