When I used NameCheap basic DNS, my eCommerce website would send invoices to customers’ emails as soon as they checked out.
But today no mail is being sent after using its custom DNS on Cloudflare.
#Note I use WP Mail SMTP

Please check out the following Community Tutorial. While the tutorial focuses on incoming mail, I suspect it may help solve your problem. In particular, make sure DNS records pointing to your mail server are not proxied.
This tutorial covers the steps you should take if, when you change your domain to point to Cloudflare, you no longer receive emails to your domain.
